Welcome to Elsawood Stables!

As I recall, at Horse Quest, you were given a choice: Join the quest, or return home. This site is for the horses that chose to go back to the stables.

The horses can talk among themselves and train with the riders.

Rules:

1. On this site you can have 3 horses and 3 riders. There may be other positions open in the future.

2. No swearing or cyberbullying.

3. Pictures of your horses are recommended, but you don't need one.

All credit goes to horses101 and BlackBeauty and Corner Pie.

Horse Talk:
Colt: a male horse under the age of four. A common terminology error is to call any young horse a "colt", when the term actually only refers to young male horses.
  • Filly: a female horse under the age of four.
  • Foal: a horse of either sex less than one year old. A nursing foal is sometimes called a sucklingand a foal that has been weaned is called a weanling. Most domesticated foals are weaned at five to seven months of age, although foals can be weaned at four months with no adverse physical effects.
  • Gelding: a castrated male horse of any age.
  • Mare: a female horse four years old and older.
  • Stallion: a non-castrated male horse four years old and older. The term "horse" is sometimes used colloquially to refer specifically to a stallion.
  • Yearling: a horse of either sex that is between one and two years old.

Riders

Riders can range from ten to 80. They cannot communicate with horses or have special powers.

Horses

They can't have special powers or communicate with humans. They can talk to other animals.

Horse Points

So, on this site, I decided that Horse Points are used for money. So when you earn Horse Points, you can use them to get a horse a bigger stall or get better food, etc.
